The Brief

Premier Bank needed to launch and drive awareness for Premier Bank Quick Account—a new digital service letting customers open a conventional or Islamic bank account entirely remotely, using a digital signature through iBanking or the Pmoney app, without a single branch visit. In a market where opening an account traditionally means paperwork, in-person verification, and days of waiting, the objective was to compress that entire process into something a viewer could understand in the time it takes to not swipe away: opening an account can now be instant.

What the AV was about
The core purpose was to name and dismiss the two actual objections standing between a customer and this product — inconvenience and safety anxiety — in a single breath, rather than explaining the service feature by feature. The Bangla copy leads with "ঘরে বসেই দ্রুত এবং নিরাপদে" ("quickly and safely, right from home"), putting both reassurances in the first line before the viewer has time to raise either objection themselves. It then closes the loop by confirming transactions can start immediately through the Pmoney app the moment the account opens—collapsing "open an account" and "start banking" into one action instead of two separate errands. At ten seconds, in a vertical social format, the film isn't trying to explain the product. It's trying to plant exactly one idea before the scroll continues: the errand that used to require a branch now requires neither the branch nor the trip.

The Result
A ten-second, digital-first launch film for Premier Bank Quick Account that reframes account opening from a multi-day, in-person banking errand into something instant and at-home—timed to run alongside the service's actual public launch in August 2024.
